Australian Olympic Roster announced
SYDNEY (Australia) - Former Major League-catcher Dave Nilsson is one of 24 players selected for the Australian Olympic Team. Nilsson played for the Milwaukee Brewers in the States, but went on to play in Japan this to be eligible for the Olympics. There, he played for the Chunichi Dragons, but was send to its minor league-team and later in the season released.
